Our home sitting services are structured to fit your needs. Prior to your first experience with our company, we suggest setting up a consultation appointment. During this time, we will be able to review with you the full details of your home and all the services you wish to have completed. Below is a list of common house sitting services we provide, but we are open to implement additional services that you may require assuming they are appropriate. The additional service(s) may or may not include an additional charge.
Basic House Sitting Services
- Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly visits to your home
- Ensure home security while your away from home
- Ensure all doors, windows, entry ways are secure
- Monitor temperature and humidistat controls
- Check security system
- Inspect outside property
- Clear debris, newspapers or fliers from property
- Check for leaks, mold or mildew
- Collect mail
- Monitor lighting, sprinklers, etc.
- Run faucets and toilets
- Start up car
- Check on services such as landscapers, pool serice, pest control, etc.
Additional Home Services Available
- Hurricane preparation
- Daily, Weekly or Monthly email updates with photos
- Open & close house as requested (only if outside of normal visit)
